Is my advertising budget included in the monthly price?

No. Our monthly fees cover the professional management and optimisation of your Google Ads campaigns. Your advertising budget is separate and paid directly to Google, giving you complete control over your spending.

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

Your ideal advertising budget depends on your industry, competition, location and business goals. Our Get Noticed package supports advertising budgets of up to £1,000 per month, making it a useful starting point for smaller businesses. We'll help you choose a suitable budget based on your objectives.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. Our standard setup fees are £195 for Get Noticed, £295 for Get Results and £495 for Get Sales. However, we'll waive your setup fee completely when you commit to three months of management.

Am I tied into a long term contract?

No. You can choose a monthly rolling agreement, subject to 30 days notice. Alternatively, choose an initial three month commitment and we'll waive your setup fee. After your initial three months, your service continues on a monthly rolling basis.

How quickly will Google Ads generate results?

Google Ads can begin generating traffic shortly after your campaigns are approved and launched. However, campaign performance depends on factors including your industry, competition, advertising budget and website. We generally recommend allowing at least three months to gather meaningful performance data and optimise your campaigns.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Absolutely. As your business grows, you can upgrade to a package that supports larger advertising budgets, additional campaigns and more advanced advertising strategies.

Will I own my Google Ads account?

Yes. Your Google Ads account, campaigns and advertising data remain yours. We manage your campaigns on your behalf, but you retain ownership and access.

Do you guarantee leads or sales?

No. Nobody can responsibly guarantee specific numbers of leads or sales. Google Ads results depend on multiple factors, including your industry, competition, advertising budget, website and customer demand. Our focus is on professionally managing and optimising your campaigns to improve performance over time.

Can you set up Google Ads without ongoing management?

Yes. We offer a one off Google Ads setup service from £295. This includes the creation and configuration of an initial Google Search campaign, ready for you to manage yourself. Ongoing optimisation and reporting are not included in the one off service.

Do you manage Google Shopping campaigns?

Yes. Google Shopping campaign management is included in our Get Sales package. Shopping campaigns may require additional configuration through Google Merchant Center, depending on your existing setup. Advanced product feed work or extensive Merchant Center troubleshooting may be quoted separately.
